TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Happy Ocean Foods GmbH competition is free of charge and is subject to the following conditions of participation:

Duration : the raffle will take place from April 20th, 2022 5:00 p.m. to May 4th, 2022 11:59 p.m.

Participation : In order to take part in the raffle, the following steps must be taken:
- Follow the Instagram channels @happy_ocean_foods and @sailing2wellness
- Like the Instagram post by @happy_ocean_foods from April 20, 2022 at 6:00 p.m
- Mention 1 person in the comments
- Share the post in the stories and link @happy_ocean_foods and @sailing2wellness

Participation is free of charge and is only possible within the participation period. Registrations received after the closing date will not be taken into account in the draw. The raffle is subject exclusively to German law and legal action is excluded.

Eligibility : Anyone who fulfills the following can take part in the raffle:
- Resident in Germany
- Full age
- Natural person

Those who actively participate in the raffle, as well as employees of the companies involved and their families cannot take part. In addition, participants who are eligible to participate but violate the following regulations may be excluded:
- Violation of the conditions of participation
- Unfair dealings
- Manipulation in any form


Winning and winning notification:
The prize is exclusively for the trip “Sailing 2 Wellness in Sardinia & Corsica” between July 2nd and 9th, 2022.

Arrival and departure must be organized by the winner himself. Further information can be found at https://sailing2wellness.com/.

The winner will be selected by us on May 6th, 2022 and informed via direct message and mentioned in the Instagram Stories.

Transmission : We will transmit the personal data of the winner and their companion to sailing2wellness in order to book the trip they have won. The prize can only be redeemed by the eligible winner and cannot be exchanged. Payouts in cash are also not possible. If the winner does not respond within 2 weeks and after three requests, the prize can be given to another participant.

Data protection : If you win, the participant agrees that the organizer may use his/her name in its channels. This includes their social media and website. No personal data will be passed on to third parties or made available to others for use. In the event of comments or revocation, written notification is required to the organizer's contact details, which can be found in the legal notice.
