Spaghetti al limone with shrimps


  • 150g Happy Ocean Shrimps Provencal
  • 1 onion
  • clove of garlic
  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • 1 lemon
  • some chilli
  • salt and pepper
  • some vegetable oil
  • if necessary, fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
  • Yeast flakes or (vegan) Parmesan


Chop the onions small and press the garlic. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. At the same time, fry the shrimps in a little oil until lightly golden.

Then set aside and sauté onions and garlic in the same pan. As soon as everything is nice and glassy, ​​add the chilli, salt and pepper as well as lemon and about a small espresso cup of the pasta water.

Add the shrimps and noodles to the pan and mix everything well. Garnish with a few fresh herbs and nutritional yeast or parmesan.
