Ingredients
- 150g Happy Ocean Shrimps Provencal
- 1 onion
- clove of garlic
- 1 pack of spaghetti
- 1 lemon
- some chilli
- salt and pepper
- some vegetable oil
- if necessary, fresh herbs (parsley or chives)
- Yeast flakes or (vegan) Parmesan
preparation
Chop the onions small and press the garlic. Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions. At the same time, fry the shrimps in a little oil until lightly golden.
Then set aside and sauté onions and garlic in the same pan. As soon as everything is nice and glassy, add the chilli, salt and pepper as well as lemon and about a small espresso cup of the pasta water.
Add the shrimps and noodles to the pan and mix everything well. Garnish with a few fresh herbs and nutritional yeast or parmesan.
