Happy Sushi Beyond Burger on sushi rice with wasabi mayonnaise, avocado, radish and Happy Ocean Shrimp skewer

Ingredients

  • Beyond Burger Patty 113g
  • Happy Ocean Shrimps 3 pieces
  • Sushi rice 30g
  • Mayonnaise (vegan) 30g
  • Avocado 40g
  • Wasabi 2g
  • Mirin rice wine vinegar 30g
  • Cucumber 20g
  • Radish 20g
  • Sesame mix 0.5g
  • salt

preparation

Cook sushi rice and season with salt and mirin vinegar. Slice the radish and cucumber thinly with a peeler and marinate with mirin vinegar and salt. Place the rice in the middle of a plate using a serving ring and smooth it out. Mix the vegan mayo with the wasabi and spread on the rice. Place the cucumber and radish on top.

Sear the Beyond Burger well, about 4 minutes per side. Fry the shrimps on both sides for about 30-40 seconds and skewer them. Place the burger on the rice, place avocado slices on top, garnish with the sesame mix and serve with the shrimp skewer - Et voilat, a little work of art that tastes at least as good as it looks!
