Mediterranean shrimp skewers


  • 36 Happy Ocean Shrimps
  • 6 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 organic lemons
  • Sea salt, red pepper berries


Mix the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, a little sea salt, pepper and herbs. Marinate the shrimps in the sauce and chill for about 2 hours. Wash the lemons in hot water, dry and cut into 4 mm thick halves.

Pat the shrimps dry and skewer them onto kebab skewers, alternating with lemon halves. Heat olive oil in a pan. Fry the skewers for 2 – 3 minutes on each side. Sprinkle with sea salt, black pepper and red pepper berries.

Serve skewers on fresh salad.
